Dear Jacob,

Congratulations! I am pleased to offer you the position of Director of Operations - Complex Claims on the Operations team at First Onsite.  This offer incorporates the terms and conditions of any previous employment offers with FirstOnSite Restoration Limited ("First Onsite") or its affiliates, by which you will continue to be bound, except as specifically defined below.

This offer is based on the following terms and conditions:

1. Employment
   
   
   1. Effective Date – You will transfer into this new position effective May 16, 2025.
      
      
   2. Title – Your new title will be Director of Operations - Complex Claims.
      
      
   3. Reporting Relationship – You will report to Beck Wells, SVP, Commercial, or their designate.
      
      
   4. Location – You will work from First Onsite's Etobicoke branch.
      
      
2. Compensation
   
   
   1. Base Salary – You will be paid $180,000.00 per year, less deductions required by law, and paid semi-monthly via direct deposit.

All other terms and conditions of your previous employment agreement will continue to govern your employment.
